Core Values
Sufficiency of Scriptures II Timothy 3:16-17
The Scripture is the final authority for all faith and practice. We worship, work, govern our finances, structure our families, and raise our children as directed by the Word of God.
Biblical Church Family Acts 2:41-42
We are building a community of believers in Christ who follow Him in baptism by immersion. We faithfully gather weekly to exalt His Name through: prayer, the teaching of Scripture, and observing His death through the Lord’s Table (communion). We nurture one another in fellowship and prefer one another in service.
Biblical Worldview Romans 12:1-2
Our philosophy of life and understanding of origin, purpose, destiny, and relationships are developed through the Scripture, rather than interpreting the Scripture through them. We find the modern man-centered philosophies to be both faulty and false.
Biblical Manhood & Womanhood Titus 2, I Tim. 2
God has given clearly defined roles in the church and home for men and women. While our culture has blurred and erased these distinctions, we embrace, teach, and celebrate them.
Biblical Family Ephesians 5:22-6:4
3. Children are a blessing of the Lord. Psalm 127:3-4
4. Parents are the primary source of discipleship and training of their children in the faith. Deut. 6:4-10, Psalm 78:1-6, Exodus 10:2. The church supports the parents by providing teaching, training, resources, and mentoring, Eph. 4:9-13.
